Jesus shows uts how to love one another!
When we love one another, everything changes. No matter what troubles we suffer, no matter what fears we face. God’s love fills us. That love changes us. It spills out into the world. And – most amazing of all – the whole world changes!
“I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another.” – John 13:34
Jesus gave these marching orders to his closest followers shortly before his arrest and crucifixion. That love would distinguish his followers from everyone else.
At PEACE Lutheran Church, we practice this love every week. It ain’t always easy! We invite you to work with us and to struggle with us as we do our best to follow Jesus’s orders.
God of amazing love, fill me with love for others as I walk through this world! Guide me, lead me, keep me safe and love me through all my troubles. Bring me home to you! In the name of the risen Jesus I pray, Amen.

Sunday School
TODAY, meet us at 9:45 a.m. in the Game Room (near the Fellowship Center). After a little fussbol, at 10 a.m. we move to our Youth & Family Lounge for a Sunday School lesson.
On the first Sunday of the month, we meet right after the 10 a.m. worship service – at about 11:15 a.m. – in the Youth & Family Lounge.
Youth @ PEACE is our all-ages Bible study, where young disciples learn the core stories of our faith and what it means to walk the Jesus Path. We welcome all who yearn to learn about our loving, gracious Creator.
Toddlers & babies
Kids in church: PLEASE bring your young children to church! Their fussing and squealing may pain you, but they make us glad! Pick up an activity bag as you go into the Sanctuary (on the left in a basket, ask an usher). During the sermon, you can take your kids to our Nursery; a speaker is turned on so you can hear the sermon and follow the service.

We are now in the season of Easter. During this spiritual time, we read stories about Jesus’ appearances after his resurrection. And, we think about the many ways God renews our lives here and now.
Thank you, God for sending your Anointed One – Jesus! – who brings new life to this broken world! Amen.
