Let Jesus Shepherd You Today!
Shepherd imagery abounds today: Jesus is the Good Shepherd who takes care of the sheep. We are like sheep, whom God has given into Jesus’ care. Like sheep who know and trust their shepherd, we know Jesus’ “voice” when he calls us away from danger and toward our highest good.
“My sheep hear my voice.” – John 10:27
Like sheep, we look to our shepherd to care for us, guide us, keep us safe and lead us home. But at the same time, Jesus is “the Lamb” – that ancient symbol of the sacrifice. Jesus made the ultimate sacrifice for all people at Good Friday. On Easter, he conquered death for all time. He only asks that we believe. Will you follow the Good Shepherd?
God of amazing love, shepherd me as I walk through this world! Guide me, lead me, keep me safe and walk me home. In the name of the risen Jesus I pray, Amen.

Sunday School
TODAY, meet us at 9:45 a.m. in the Game Room (near the Fellowship Center). After a little fussbol, at 10 a.m. we move to our Youth & Family Lounge for a Sunday School lesson.
On the first Sunday of the month, we meet right after the 10 a.m. worship service – at about 11:15 a.m. – in the Youth & Family Lounge.
Youth @ PEACE is our all-ages Bible study, where young disciples learn the core stories of our faith and what it means to walk the Jesus Path. We welcome all who yearn to learn about our loving, gracious Creator.
Toddlers & babies
Kids in church: PLEASE bring your young children to church! Their fussing and squealing may pain you, but they make us glad! Pick up an activity bag as you go into the Sanctuary (on the left in a basket, ask an usher). During the sermon, you can take your kids to our Nursery; a speaker is turned on so you can hear the sermon and follow the service.

We are now in the season of Easter. During this spiritual time, we read stories about Jesus’ appearances after his resurrection. And, we think about the many ways God renews our lives here and now.
Thank you, God for sending your Anointed One – Jesus! – who brings new life to this broken world!
