With God-focused wealth, all things are possible!
God knows we need material possessions. Today’s Bible readings speak to living in balance with our material needs and our spiritual calling. If we put God first – and put our material goods at God’s feet in service to God and the world – then the impossible becomes possible!
Jesus looked at his followers and said, “For mortals, it is impossible, but not for God; for God, all things are possible!” – Mark 10:14
It’s really hard for us humans to remember where all our material blessings come from. We keep wanting to think that we are in charge. At PEACE Lutheran Church, we believe God is the source of all our good things. God’s lavish love and boundless generosity make it possible for us to support God’s work in the world. We invite you to give praise and thanks to God with us, at the 8:30 & 11 a.m. worship services!
Bountiful, blessing-ful God, remind me constantly that you are in charge of my material wealth. Please use me to make the impossible in this world possible, to your glory! Amen.

Your spiritual growth
Like natural seasons, our church seasons have a special meaning for our spiritual lives. For us, we are in “Time After Pentecost,” a season of growth followed by harvest – much like fall! We would love to grow spiritually with you!
We meet from 9:45-10:45am most Sundays in the new Youth-Family Lounge. Check out our Game Room down the hall! On the first Sunday of the month, when worship service is at 10am, we meet AFTER worship, at 11:15am.
Today, we find the Children of Israel getting ready to cross over into the Promised Land. Moses delivers a special message!
Youth @ PEACE is our all-ages Bible study, where young disciples learn the core stories of our faith and what it means to walk the Jesus Path. We welcome all who yearn to learn about our loving, gracious Creator.
Toddlers & babies
Kids in church: PLEASE bring your young children to church! Their fussing and squealing may pain you, but they make us glad! Pick up an activity bag as you go into the Sanctuary (on the left in a basket, ask an usher). During the sermon, you can take your kids to our Nursery; a speaker is turned on so you can hear the sermon and follow the service.
Toddler Time: If you’re interested in our special Sunday School program for the tiniest of disciples, call (530) 575-6132 for information. It’s available starting in the fall.
