Merry Christmas from PEACE Lutheran Church!
Celebrate Christmas at PEACE Lutheran Church, 828 W. Main St., near downtown Grass Valley.
Reconnect with the reason for this season with uplifting music, carols, candles and meaningful ritual. Worship services at 4 and 10 p.m. on Christmas Eve feature nationally renowned organist Walt Strony and the Peace choir, with music that brings a touch of the divine into your life. Holy Communion will be offered at the 10 p.m. worship.
“Lessons & Carols.” Our 4 p.m. service features beloved Christmas carols, interspersed with Bible readings that explore the season’s core story.
“Candlelight Festival.” Our 10 p.m. service is a rousing, “high church” experience that conveys the glory and miracle of Christmas. We also serve Holy Communion.
Enjoy baked goods and a beverage after each service under the Christmas Tree in our Atrium!

Sunday morning worship
We love to see you at Christmas! In addition, we welcome you to our regular Sunday worship. You’ll be amazed at the changes you notice in your life when you spend time in God’s house each week! We worship at 8:30 and 11 a.m. most Sundays. On the first Sunday of each month, we have a single worship service at 10 a.m. After each service, enjoy coffee and baked goods in our Fellowship Center, sown the hall.
“Casual.” Our 8:30 a.m. Sunday worship offers an intimate, relaxed atmosphere. It follows an order of service, or liturgy, that includes Bible readings, prayer, music and Holy Communion.
“Traditional.” Our 11 a.m. Sunday worship is a bit more formal. We follow the same order of service, or liturgy, of Bible readings, prayer, music and Holy Communion, but with more of a “high church” atmosphere.
All are welcome at Peace Lutheran Church, where we are called by Christ, gathered to grow and sent to serve.
