Merry Christmas from PEACE Lutheran Church!
Reconnect with the reason for this season with uplifting music, carols, candles and meaningful ritual. Worship services at 4 and 10 p.m. on Christmas Eve feature nationally renowned organist Walt Strony and the Peace choir, with music that brings a touch of the divine into your life. Holy Communion will be offered at both services.
“Lessons & Carols.” Our 4 p.m. service features beloved Christmas carols, interspersed with Bible readings that explore the season’s core story.
“Candlelight Festival.” Our 10 p.m. service is a rousing, “high church” experience that conveys the glory and miracle of Christmas.
Christmas Carol Sing-A-Long – 9:45am Sunday, Dec. 24
Sing your favorite carols with us during this fun event that’s open to everyone! Gather with us in our Fellowship Center for coffee, cookies & song.
We’ll have singing instead of our Adult Forum Bible Study today.
Sunday morning worship. In addition, we welcome you to our regular Sunday worship at 8:30 and 11 a.m. on the morning of Christmas Eve. Between services – at 9:45 a.m. – we’ll sing favorite carols together in our Fellowship Center (instead of holding our usual Adult Bible Study during that time).
“Casual.” Our 8:30 a.m. Sunday worship offers an intimate, relaxed atmosphere. It follows an order of service, or liturgy, that includes Bible readings, prayer, music and Holy Communion.
“Traditional.” Our 11 a.m. Sunday worship is a bit more formal. We follow the same order of service, or liturgy, of Bible readings, prayer, music and Holy Communion, but with more of a “high church” atmosphere.
All are welcome at Peace Lutheran Church, where we are called by Christ, gathered to grow and sent to serve.
