Holy Week: March 24 – March 31, 2024
PALM SUNDAY — March 24 at 10:00 am
MAUNDY THURSDAY — March 28 : Meal and Holy Communion Service at 5:30 pm in the Fellowship Center Sign-up sheet is in the Atrium for those who can bring soup or bread.
GOOD FRIDAY — March 29 at 7:00 pm ( Also at noon at Emmanuel Episcopal Church in Grass Valley) Good Friday is one of the main holidays of the Christian faith, following Jesus to the cross and the grave. While a very heavy topic, the services on this day are very deep and meaningful, and the people in attendance left the church changed and uplifted.
Service only starts at 7:00 pm and it will be dark before the service is over. Many of our members don’t like driving in the dark. Would you want to come to worship at Peace on Good Friday, if someone would offer you a ride? There is no guarantee that we will find someone, but please let us know if you would appreciate to be picked up and we will try to find someone to give you a ride. Sunrise Service at 6:30 am, Regular Easter Service at 10:00 am
Easter Brunch at 11:15 am
