Helping Hands is PEACE Lutheran Church’s program to help others with transportation, odd jobs, meals, even moving. We have 41 volunteers who participate, and their selfless service will be recognized during a short reception after each worship service on Sunday, April 12, in the Fellowship Center.

Helping Hands is coordinated by the Personal Needs Committee, which is hosting the receptions. Volunteers have been organized for occasions such as providing meals to a family after a death; spending lunch and having social contact with an elderly shut-in; and helping with small home repairs.

It’s just one aspect of how we are church together!
