All wealth comes from God!

If God gives us a little wealth, and we manage it faithfully, he will give us true riches beyond measure. That’s the message of today’s Gospel lesson.

Wealth takes many forms. In addition to material goods, it includes talent, special skills and interests. Maybe your special gift is making people feel comfortable or helping them laugh at the absurdity of life. Maybe you’re a computer whiz or amazing at putting chunks of wood together or an organizational genius.

“You cannot serve God and wealth.” – Luke 16:13

How do you use that wealth? If you use it to help others, you are doing God’s work. No matter how poor you may be materially, your spiritual wealth is beyond measure.

At PEACE, believe God is the source of all our wealth! We welcome all who want to know more about true riches.

Pastor Eileen Smith Le Van preaches today.

Adult Bible Study

The Adult Forum meets in the Old Fellowship Hall at 10 a.m., led by Pastor Eileen Smith Le Van. Stop in the Fellowship Center around the corner to pick up coffee & baked goods!

Youth @ Peace Sunday School

A golden cow – how cute? (Not!) Our Old Testament story picks up with the Children of Israel camped out at the base of Mt. Sinai. Moses has checked out for a few weeks to pick up the 10 Commandments, and kids go wild. So, what happens when we forget to trust in God for EVERYTHING??

We start at 9:45 a.m. every Sunday, downstairs in the Youth Room. Young people of all ages are welcome!

Youth @ PLC is our all-ages Bible study, where young disciples learn the core stories of our faith and what it means to walk the Jesus Path. Bring your questions, doubts and challenges to God, the Bible and the Church – they are welcome here!

Bible memory verses: Kids can earn Bible Bucks for verses they memorize and redeem them for cool prizes!
