Be lifted up, carried away & moved into a whole new life! Jesus promised that it’s true – but can we let go of our old life to make way for the new life with Him?
Today is Pentecost – the third of our three major holy days. Today, we remember how the Holy Spirit came to Jesus’ followers. In the form of “a sound like the rush of a violent wind,” God’s Spirit “filled the entire house” where the believers had gathered. It changed them forever, transforming them from scaredy-cats into doers of mighty deeds.

YOUTH @ PEACE SUNDAY SCHOOL
Pentecost is here! Our offering to the congregation includes a procession TODAY at the beginning of the 11 a.m. worship service. Meet @ 9:45 a.m. in the Sanctuary to practice.
Youth @ Peace is our all-ages Bible study, teaching key Bible stories – the cornerstone for a lifetime of faith. Younger readers, tweens and teens open each session together, have break-out groups for age-appropriate reading and discussion, then regroup for a joint closing. We also have large-group activities.
