A kingdom of violence?

Violence in the world might make us wonder, where is God in all this? God’s kingdom is not of this world, but it is breaking into this world through our lives and actions — Here! Now!

“If my kingdom were from this world, my followers would be fighting to keep me from being handed over,” he tells Pilate, the Roman governor, in today’s Gospel. “For this I came into the world, to testify to the truth.”

“My kingdom is not from this world.” – John 18:36

At PEACE, we welcome all those want to know more about this different kind of kingdom — a kingdom of truth, of justice and mercy. And, if the Spirit moves you, we invite you to work with us to bring this kingdom into being, here in Grass Valley!
